Hello everybody! I am determined to run the Disney Princess half Marathon in February, 2013! The only problem is, I am very overweight. I have been walking for exercise lately, and have done two 5K's - WALKING the entire time. This morning I decided to try a C25K (couch to 5K) program and failed miserably (more on that later). I decided I need some support and accountability, so I decided to start a blog. So follow my journey, and hopefully begin your own as well!
